Instructions for Use:
1.Place the dental dam on a flat surface.
2. Determine the affected tooth. Choose the appropriate size of the disc hole at the punch and punch a hole approximately 2mm diameter on the dam.
3. Use a pair of forceps to hold/enlarge the clamp and place the metal clamp to the punched hole.
4. Place the dam with clamp on the affected tooth.
5. Place the dental dam frame outside the mouth to hold excess dam material.
